MAD encourages the exploration of mindfulness, using physical movement to help us become more aware of our present moment experience.

Through performance artwork including contemporary and traditional dance forms, bringing together an eclectic mix of performance and visual artists to create outstanding new works.

Members of the MAD team also lead specialist workshops which bring the worlds of mindfulness and movement together.

Mindful movement through Dance, Tai Chi, Qi Gong & Heartbeater workshops are all part of our MAD activities with regular classes and events at Nilupul Centre.
